Do you want to deepen your practice with a special teacher from India? Vinod takes you away on a journey which you haven’t experienced before. With this flow you will learn how to shift your energy to feel grounded and stable. The Workshop includes a 2-hour yoga flow practice, pranayama, meditation and you will have the chance to participate on a Q&A where you can exchange knowledge about Yoga, ask advice for home practice and get tips for both mental and physical health.
This workshop is suitable for all levels / Sequences are only for self-practice, not to teach.

Growing up in the countryside of Kerala, Vinod was introduced to the spiritual traditions of South India at an early age. Since meeting his main master in 1998, Vinod has dedicated himself wholeheartedly to practicing, teaching, and preserving the ancient wisdom and traditional techniques of Hatha Yoga. Vinod completed 500 hours of teacher training (E-RYT 500) at Sivananda Ashram in Kerala and has been teaching yoga throughout India for over 15 years. He also regularly offers yoga programs in Europe and South East Asia. Since May 2015, he is one of the senior yoga teachers at AyurYoga Eco-Ashram in Mysore, where he leads Yoga Teacher Training courses (RYT200 and RYT300) and trains students in traditional Hatha Yoga, Pranayamas, Kriyas, and Meditation. Vinod experiences yoga as a powerful key to joy, truth, connection, confidence and lightheartedness. He believes that the benefit of yoga increases immensely when it is practiced according to its ultimate goal: as a path to know one's true self. Through his classes and programs, his goal is to help his students discover their inherent wisdom, natural inner beauty and true potential. His philosophy on yoga is that we have everything we need within us to become the master of our own life. By using our body, mind and prana (energy) properly, we can effortlessly create the life we wish to live, with harmony and true joy.
